사용 방법

온찜질: 전자레인지에 약 2~3분 가열하거나, 타월로 감싼 후 뜨거운 물에 데워 사용하세요.

Suitable for shoulders, neck, lower back, abdomen, knees, and other areas needing warm or cold comfort.

Directions

Hot Use: Microwave for approximately 2–3 minutes or warm in hot water while wrapped in a towel.

Cold Use: Chill in refrigerator for 2–3 hours or freezer for approximately 30 minutes.
